We ship through most reliable courier services for deliveries including DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery or any other trusted service provider.

We do mention the estimated delivery time for each piece on the product details page.

Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.

Shipments within India.

The Usual Delivery Time for an order is 7 to 10 business days from the date of Order Confirmation depending on the products ordered.

For deliveries within India, all prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping.

For Ready to Wear Sarees an additional 7 to 10 business days will be required to deliver the product with additional applicable shipping charge.

For any orders that are urgent and are required to be delivered within an early time frame, the client is requested to confirm with the customer service team prior to placing the order.

For Prepaid orders, there won’t be any attempt for confirmation and the order will be dispatched within the given TAT.

For COD delivery shipping charges will be applicable which will reflect at the time of ordering. Cash on delivery orders will be dispatched only on customers' confirmation, our dispatch team will be contacting you to confirm the dispatch.

In case, there is no response to our calls/messages/email with a confirmation of dispatch within 3 days of our first attempt, for cash on delivery order, the order will be marked cancelled at the end of the 3rd day.

In case the delivery is unsuccessful, due to any reason / circumstances at the customer’s end, the second attempt will be made onconfirmation with the customer.

If, the second delivery attempt also get unsuccessful due to any reason / circumstances at the customer’s end, for the subsequent third attempt the customer will have to bear extra charges for shipping. In case, the customer is unable to pay any such charges, the order will be marked as cancelled and we will not entertain any future order(s) from that customer.

Order Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to order dispatch. Once an order has been successfully dispatched, cancellation is not permitted and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

At times, orders may get delayed for reasons beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time as such, then we will get in touch with you to check, if you would still like to continue with your order.
